There are many recipes for this basic, and so easy to make sauce. This sauce is awesome on whole grain pasta and especially yummy on a bed of spiralized zucchini! Alternatively, add a little non-dairy milk and turn it into a rich and creamy winter soup!
Organic vegan mayonnaise can be a bit pricey, so I was very happy to come across this recipe in the PlantPure Nation Cookbook. I’ve tweaked it a bit for the firmness and size of the package of extra firm Soyarie tofu I usually buy. Makes a great dip when mixed about half and half with spicy salsa, and simply awesome when slathered on a veggie burger… Okay, time for lunch!!!
