I just finished making a new batch of sauerkraut with the pickle pipe and pickle pebbles. It also allowed me to place the jars in a cabinet, which I could not do when I was using airlocks for wine-making. These required an additional 6 inches of head room above the jar, so I had to keep them on a side table in the dining room. Thumbs up from an avid fan of fermented veggies! Got some for my mom&#8230; she loves them too :-).
