Half of one does the trick for me! These brownies are somewhere between lava cakes and hot fudge&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p>This is a very quick and easy recipe! It makes a dozen brownies, which I freeze in their papers, and pull out when the urge for chocolate hits me! Once cooked and cooled, I place 2 cups in freezer bags, and yes, put them in the freezer! I also make these with black beans with equally fabulous results!<\/p>\n<div class=\"easyrecipe\" data-rating=\"0\">\n<h6 class=\"item ERName\">Beanie Brownies<\/h6>\n<div class=\"ERHead\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/div>\n<div class=\"ERIngredients\">\n<ul class=\"ingredients\">\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\u00be cups chickpeas home cooked, or canned (drained and rinsed)<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2\u00bd tablespoons ground flax seeds*<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">6 tablespoons water<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">3 tablespoons coconut oil<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">\u00bd cup cocoa powder<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">\u00bc teaspoon salt<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">\u00bd cup cane sugar<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\u00bd teaspoon baking powder<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ERInstructions\">\n<div class=\"ERInstructionsHeader\"><strong>Instructions<\/strong><\/div>\n<div class=\"instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Prepare regular muffin tins with paper liners.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Pulse ground flax seeds and water in food processor. Allow to rest while you prepare remaining ingredients.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add remaining ingredients to flax seed mixture. Process until smooth, scraping down sides as needed.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Adjust thickness of batter by adding a tablespoon or two of coconut flour, if too runny, or nut milk, if too thick.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Fill muffin liners.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Bake for 20 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cool. Whisk until melted. Spoon over cooled muffins.
