Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.<br>Chop large nuts by hand or in food processor. An uneven mix of finely and coarsely ground nuts works well.<br>Measure and set aside dried fruit.<br>Combine all ingredients except dried fruit in mixing bowl. Mix well.<br>Spread onto baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes; stir and break up pieces, bake another 20 minutes.<br>Pour into large bowl; mix in dried fruit.<br>Allow to cool before moving to a storage container.
